Gulai Tambusu & Tempeh Recipe
for two servings
Cooking time : 60 minutes
Difficulty level : Easy
Ingredients:
500 gr Beef intestines (tripe)
1 bar Tempeh
500 gr Thick coconut milk
500 gr Thin coconut milk
Grind ingredients:
5 cloves Shallot
3 cloves Garlic
2 slices Ginger
3 tsp Ground chili
3 Bay leaves
3 Lime leaves
1 stalk Lemongrass (bruised)
1 Turmeric leaf
Salt and seasoning powder as needed
Directions:
Grind all ingredients, mix with coconut milk,
add all leaves. Stir to boil.
When boiled, add tempeh and tripe. Reduce
the heat, wait until fully cooked.
Add pinch of salt and seasonings, taste to fix.
Cut the tripe into pieces as needed. Put to
serving bowl.
