People tend to consume differently during
the holy month of Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr,
which causes increase in food demand.

amadan is a special month for
Muslims. Besides perform fasting,
RMuslims are also encouraged to
have suhoor and iftar meal, pay zakat
and give alms, and to celebrate Eid Al-
Fitr afterwards.

For Indonesians, the special month
brings not only positive impacts on
spiritual behavior but also big impacts
on the economy, which usually seen in
the increasing household consumption
level, especially in Muslim families,
