                                                             Salted fish becomes one of the top-selling commod-
                                                             ities in Indonesia. One of salted fish producer area in
                                                             Jakarta is Muara Angke fisherman’s village in North
                                                             Jakarta, where it hosts all kind of processing salted
                                                             fish activities: start from cleaning, drying to salting
                                                             the fish. The whole process of salting and drying
                                                             normally takes up to three days.
