at Matraman to obtain IMB letter, but the pandemic
situation limits the face-to-face service. “The need
to obtain IMB is high, but during pandemic we have
a very limited face-to-face service,” Wachid told

The situation enforced Wachid to invent a tech-
based, one-stop integrated system, the e-sosis IMB
or electronic socialization and information system.
