sonnel of the Blue Troops from Jakarta
I Water Resources Agency (SDA), to work
extra hard when the rainy season came. He
needs to walk for miles to monitor the rivers
in his designated areas. When the water lev-
el is high, he needs to pump the water. “As
stipulated in the SOP, if the water exceeds I
need to pump them out. It drains my ener-
gy,” he said.
