traffic, in 2020 the city was no longer

Jakarta has finally placed the 31st on the list.
According to TomTom Traffic Index, in 2020
Jakarta congestion level was 36%. It means if a
normal travel time is 30 minutes, you will have
an approximately 10.8 minutes extra to finally
arrived at your destination.
TomTom Traffic Index is a navigation technology
company from Netherland. For the last 10 years, it
monitors and analyzes traffic congestion levels
in more than 400 cities worldwide, powered by
real traffic data which reflects all the changes
on roads. The data was recorded and analyzed
every 24 hours, a week and 365 days (a year).
Accordingly, they will issue an annual report
of rankings from the cities it measures: from
the most to the least congested. The higher
rank a city gets, the less congested it is. In
2020, the monitoring process was done for 416
cities throughout 57 countries, with Moscow
city ranked the first as the most-congested.
