                                                                        Plain Loaf Recipe
                                                                        for 20 slices
                                                                        Cooking time   : 140 minutes
                                                                        Difficulty level   : Medium
                                                                        Ingredients:

                                                                        280 grams     high protein flour
                                                                        50 grams      medium protein flour
                                                                        40 grams      sugar
                                                                        1.5 tsp       instant yeast
                                                                        2 grams       salt
                                                                        40 grams      unsalted butter
                                                                        210 ml        plain UHT milk
                                                                        1 tbsp        topping jam
                                                                        as desired    sesame seed
                                                                        Directions:

                                                                        Mix flour with sugar and yeast inside a bowl.
                                                                        Add salt, egg and milk into the mixture, then
                                                                        stir well.
                                                                        Add unsalted butter then knead until you get a
                                                                        stretchy dough.
                                                                        Roll the dough and place it into a 20x10x10 cm
                                                                        greased loaf pan.
                                                                        Allow it to rise for 60 minutes.
                                                                        Preheat the oven to 180°C.
                                                                        Before placing the dough into the oven, brush
                                                                        it with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
                                                                        Bake the bread for 45 minutes in low heat,
                                                                        then increase the heat for 5 minutes.
                                                                        When it is fully baked, take it out of the oven,
                                                                        let it rest, cut it to pieces and serve.
